Safari Itinerary

Morning Departure

Pick up from your hotel or residence in Mombasa or Diani and drive through rural villages to Shimba Hills National Reserve. Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive through the reserve as you spot elephants, giraffes, buffalo, warthogs, and the endangered sable antelope, unique to this area.

Mid-Morning

Visit the Sheldrick Falls, a beautiful 25-meter waterfall deep in the forest. Accompanied by a Kenya Wildlife Service ranger, take a guided nature walk down to the falls — an ideal spot for photos and a refreshing rest.

Lunch

Enjoy a delicious lunch at the Shimba Hills Green Safari Lodge overlooking the rolling hills and the distant Indian Ocean.

Afternoon

After lunch, continue with another short game drive before descending back toward Mombasa or Diani in the late afternoon, arriving at your hotel by evening.
